Esther Arnhold-Seligmann Scholarship

In memory of Esther Arnhold-Seligmann, Palucca student from 1935 to 1937, and her active commitment to the preservation of German modern dance according to Palucca's style, the Esther and Otto Seligmann Foundation and the Arnhold Foundation award the Esther Arnhold-Seligmann Scholarship for outstanding academic achievements at the Palucca Schule Dresden - Hochschule für Tanz.
The scholarship covers travel, accomodation and subsistence costs for a 6-week study trip to the American Dance Festival (ADF) as well as for a 1-week stay in New York.
It is awarded annually by an internal jury to Palucca School students thought to benefit in their artistic development from the stay abroad.
