The Palucca University of Dance offers dance courses in the subjects Classical, Modern/Contemporary and Jazz Dance to interested young people (pupils, students, trainees, young employed people). The courses are given by teacher training students of Palucca Schule who are coached by their lecturers.
In this course you will learn basic elements of Classical Dance which will be extended later. One key aspect is the coordination of arm, leg and head.
Enjoying being in motion has top priority. But it is also important to get to know ones body and to improve or correct potential failings and to make a point on muscle building and flexibility.
In course, please wear close-fitting clothes and ballet shoes with a leather sole. Please also set your jewellery aside and do not wear your hair loose.
